Saudi Arabia offers residential land in Riyadh at up to 84% discount
The Saudi government, via the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, is offering 10,024 residential plots at discounts of up to 84% below market rates, priced at SR1,500 per square meter. Targeting married citizens or those 25 and above, the initiative aims to curb rising land and rental costs, expand housing supply, and support long-term affordability and urban stability in Riyadh.
