BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo band The Weather Might Say Otherwise Friday morning released their second EP, “Breeding Passive Acceptance,” which follows the Nov. 24 release of their single “Omeganaut.” The band, consisting of frontman and guitarist Damian Brown, bassist Tanor Morrison, and drummer Zach Richardson, started playing together while in college at SUNY Fredonia.
