Providence police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in a Brown University mass shooting that killed two and injured nine. Law enforcement is actively searching in Salem, New Hampshire, for the individual and a rental car believed to be connected to the incident. Investigators are also exploring a potential link to the recent killing of an MIT professor.
