Tornado-damaged libraries in St. Louis to reopen with upgrades
Two neighborhood libraries in St. Louis are preparing to reopen in late May, nearly one year after a destructive tornado caused significant structural damage to the buildings. The Julia Davis and Cabanne branch libraries have been closed for extensive repairs since the storm hit on May 16.
