Three Buffalo residents face charges for alleged child abuse
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Three Buffalo residents are accused of child abuse after a young child was hospitalized for hypothermia and other injuries, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday.
