Teen bags first black bear of Missouri's hunting season
A 16-year-old became the first successful hunter of the 2025 Missouri black bear season on its opening day.
According to the Missouri Department of Conservation, on Saturday 16-year-old Corbin Wallace was hunting with his grandfather Robert Wallace and harvested an estimated 300 lb. bear on private land in Douglas County.
