St. Louis County police adopts updated use‑of‑force policy
St. Louis County police are training officers on a newly adopted use‑of‑force policy that updates standards in place since 2010. Capt. Bradley Bland with the Bureau of Research and Analysis said the revised policy gives officers clearer direction and reflects how policing has changed over the last 15 years.
