Spouse's child porn discovery leads to domestic battery, Miami man's arrest: Police
A spouse’s disturbing discovery of child pornography led to a domestic battery incident that ended with a Miami man’s arrest on multiple charges, police said.
Daniel Nemehiah Little, 36, was arrested Tuesday on 15 counts of possession of images depicting sexual performance by a child, along with one count each of domestic battery by strangulation, battery and assault, an arrest report said.

According to the report, the victim, who has been married to Little for about eight months, said he saw Little watching child pornography on Monday, which led to an argument.
He said Little became irate, pushed him against a wall and started choking him, causing him to lose consciousness, the report said.
The husband said Little also threatened to kill him and started punching him in the shoulder and chest area, the report said.
The victim said later that day he was organizing a closet and discovered two hard drives and confronted Little, who snatched them out of his hands, the report said.
He said he was scratched and that Little started choking him again, causing him to lose consciousness and fall to the ground, the report said.
The husband brought Little’s laptop and a hard drive to police, and investigators reviewed files on the laptop and hard drive that contained child pornography videos including some depicting infants, the report said.
“The witness stated that through the course of their relationship, he noticed the defendant would receive transactions in small amounts that he believes were payments to the defendant for the sale of child sexual abuse material,” the report said.
Little was arrested and booked into jail. He later appeared before a judge who set his bond at $42,500.
