SoCal highway remains open for Memorial Day travel amid toxic tank evacuations
Over 40,000 people in Garden Grove and surrounding areas in Orange County are under mandatory evacuation orders due to a chemical threat at an aerospace facility. The CHP says I-405 is open, and Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are also open and monitoring.
