Shocking rollover crash along I-95 in Philadelphia caught on video
Surveillance video shows an intense rollover crash that happened on I-95 in Philadelphia.
The crash happened at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026. The vehicle was traveling north on I-95 in the city’s Fishtown neighborhood, crossed several lanes of traffic, then hit the median and flipped into the southbound lanes.
The video appears to show a person being ejected from the vehicle and then standing up and walking moments after the crash.
Zenia Lauw told NBC10 she witnessed the crash from her apartment and recorded video of the incident.
“I yelled out like, ‘Oh my God. Oh My God.’” Lauw said.
Lauw’s video shows witnesses rushing to the vehicle to help those inside. She told NBC10 she immediately called 911. She also said she spotted three people involved in the crash who appeared to refuse medical treatment.
“I’m just glad nobody was kind of like speeding at the time that happened and more vehicles weren’t involved but it was pretty amazing to witness that people were just helping out each other,” she said.
Officials have not yet confirmed if anyone was seriously injured.
PennDOT said there was a lane restriction in the area after the crash.
NBC10 reached out to Pennsylvania State Police for more information about the crash. We have not yet heard back from them.
