SDGE responds after massive North County power outage affects thousands
SDGE restored power to approximately 103,092 customers in North County San Diego and Orange County after a power outage that began around 7:41 p.m. on Thursday, and the cause is believed to be due to built-in safety measures on the regional transmission system.
