San Diego weather: Warming into the weekend
We are back to warmer weather for at least a few days. Friday’s temperatures have jumped about 15 degrees for inland areas. And the warming will continue.
Saturday is looking like the warmest day of the weekend. Coastal temperatures could approach 80 degrees, while some inland areas could get closer to 90. Easter Sunday will be a few degrees cooler at the coast, but still very warm inland.
Winds have turned offshore. So, weak to moderate Santa Ana conditions will continue into the first part of the weekend, but won’t be as strong Saturday, and then continuing to weaken by Sunday.
Next week will be slightly cooler to start, and then better cooling with some rain chances by the end of the week.

- Coast: mostly sunny – upper 70s
- Inland: turning mostly sunny – mid 80s
- Mountains: sunny, warmer – highs around 70
- Deserts: sunny – upper 80s
