San Diego weather: Warm, sunny Tuesday ahead; rain chances return

Tonight, onshore flow could bring back low clouds and patchy fog, with the marine layer returning by tomorrow morning.
The pattern starts to change Wednesday, with clouds increasing and a noticeable cooldown heading our way.
Temperatures will be cooler Wednesday and Thursday as a low-pressure system moves in from the west. It could bring some moisture, with about a 20% to 40% chance of rain Thursday through Saturday.
So far preliminary rainfall totals could be around 0.10″ to 0.25″ for coastal and valley communities, but the exact timing and amounts are still uncertain—so stay tuned!
