San Diego weather: Dense fog advisory, warming this week
Fog will continue to be an issue at the coast. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY will be in effect from 6pm Tuesday through 10am Wednesday for San Diego’s coastal communities. Visibility will likely be pretty low once again for the morning commute affecting areas from the coast to about 5-10 miles inland
Once the fog mixes out, we should see another mostly sunny day. Temperatures will be similar, or just slightly cooler on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday will be a bit warmer, and then we’ll begin cooling again for weekend. Inland temperatures, however, will remain above our seasonal norms at least through the weekend.
We’re not expecting any rain this week, but some of the longer range models are now trending towards a west coast storm around Christmas Eve/Day. Right now, it looks like our rain chances are best on Christmas day, but being 9 days out, that could definitely change. So, stay tuned…
