Police locate 90-year-old Buffalo woman reported missing
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Authorities located a 90-year-old woman from Buffalo Saturday night after she was reported missing earlier in the day. Officials asked for the public's help in locating Olivia Starks Saturday morning. Buffalo Police announced Starks had been found in a Facebook post Saturday night.
