Overnight storm brings first measurable snowfall of the season

A First Alert was in effect as a winter storm brought several inches of snow across the Philadelphia region, including in the city, South Jersey, Delaware and the Pennsylvania suburbs.
The storm began Saturday night and lasted well into Sunday morning.
