New water agreement could save local ratepayers money
The San Diego County Water Authority Board Members unanimously agreed to sell water to the Eastern Municipal Water District in Riverside County, providing hundreds of millions of dollars to San Diego and ensuring water security for 30,000 households in Riverside County.
