Missouri lawmaker proposes amendment to overhaul marijuana laws
A Missouri lawmaker has filed a proposed amendment to the state's constitution that would repeal current marijuana laws and replace them with one of the least restrictive systems in the country, getting rid of possession limits, expanding home growing rights, and adding additional protections.
