Mental competency hearing for Moe's Steakhouse stabbing suspect
Hector Manuel Vasquez II is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday to determine if he is mentally competent to stand trial for attempted murder and burglary charges related to the stabbing of a bartender at Moe's Steakhouse in Mission Beach in September.
