Man uses fake identity for decades to evade arrest, collect social security
Leslie Kay Peterson pleaded guilty to fraud charges for creating a false identity in the 70s to evade arrest and illegally collect social security, and agreed to pay the Social Security Administration $130,632 in restitution.
