Man hospitalized after being stabbed in North Philly, police say

An investigation is underway, officials said, after a man was stabbed in North Philly early Tuesday.

The incident happened at about 2:42 a.m. on Tuesday, according to police. Officers responded to the 2300 block of North Woodstock Street in North Philly and found a man who had been stabbed.

The man, officials said, was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
