Man charged for deadly shooting at Philly gas station, police say
A man was taken into custody and charged with murder in connection to a double shooting at a Speedway gas station in Kensington on Dec. 28, 2025, police said.
According to police, 45-year-old Jason Bullock, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody at the 8500 block of State Road at around 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, police said.
Bullock is accused of shooting two people at a Speedway at the 500 block of West Lehigh Avenue just after 11 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 28, 2025, police said.

One of the victims, 22-year-old Pablo Rivera, Jr., was shot in the head and died in the hospital two days later, police said.
The second victim, a 20-year-old woman, was shot twice in the leg and is expected to survive, police said.
