A man is facing charges in an alleged anti-semitic road-rage battery incident in Sunny Isles Beach, authorities said.
Mikhailov Vyacheslav, 71, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery on a person 65 or older with prejudice in the incident that happened on Friday, records showed.

According to an arrest report, the incident happened in the parking lot of Matryoshka Deli at 18100 Collins Avenue when the 79-year-old victim said he was trying to park in a parking spot and Vyacheslav was behind him and started to honk and yell.
The victim said Vyacheslav yelled “I will kill you and all Jewish people,” so the victim got out of his car, the report said.
Vyacheslav approached him “pushing him in an aggressive manner,” the victim said, according to the report.
Vyacheslav, who the report said is a Russian citizen, was arrested and booked into jail. He later appeared before a judge who ordered him held without bond.
