Man accused of smashing windows at federal courthouse in Allentown on Monday
Police in Lehigh County have arrested a man accused of smashing windows at the federal courthouse in Allentown on Monday night, according to the U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia.
Officials say that the Edward N. Cahn Courthouse on Hamilton Street was vandalized around 6 p.m. on Dec. 29.
A man identified as Deon Gardner, 33, was found by officers with the Allentown Police Department near the courthouse and was arrested, officials said.
At approximately 6pm last night, the Edward N. Cahn U.S. Courthouse in Allentown was vandalized. Deon Gardner, a 33-year-old male, was located at the scene and arrested by Allentown Police for Institutional Vandalism and Criminal Mischief. Gardner is facing charges that include vandalism and criminal mischief.
