Man accused of impersonating CHP officer arrested for armed robbery
A 19-year-old San Diego man was arrested for allegedly committing an armed robbery and a series of thefts tied to online marketplace sales, after police used search warrants, records checks and automated license plate reader data to identify him and his vehicle.
