Lawmakers push local control for student screen time limits
The measure is sponsored by State Representatives Marlene Terry, D-St. Louis, and Tricia Byrnes, R-Wenztville. It passed out of the Missouri House in March but has since been amended as the legislation draws closer to a final vote in the Missouri Senate.
