Jersey Shore man arrested, charged with alleged sexual abuse of minor
A New Jersey man was arrested after he was reported for allegedly sexually abusing a minor, according to the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office said that they worked with the New Jersey State Police to investigate a report of a minor being sexually abused allegedly by 33-year-old Woodbine resident Brandon Anderson.
The report was made on Dec. 29, 2025, and Anderson was arrested without incident on Jan. 27, 2026, officials said.
Anderson was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is currently being held at the Cape May County Correctional Center while waiting for court proceedings.
Anderson could face 10 to 20 years in state prison if he is convicted of the charges.
