ISP seized 100 pounds of meth near Bloomington
Ivan Kuckuk, 25, of Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested for methamphetamine trafficking after Illinois State Police allegedly found 99.7 pounds of methamphetamine in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 74 near Bloomington.
