Historic Manchester schoolhouse upgrade sparks controversy
The Suntrup Automotive Group says it is currently under contract on a schoolhouse dating back to 1907 residing at 120 Henry Ave. in the Historic Henry Avenue District of Manchester, MO. The company hopes to revive the building, which is currently vacant, by adding upgrades like a coffee shop, boutique and a podcast studio.
