SkyForce10 captured police officers walking into the school with K-9 units around 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday as they investigated the incident.

Students were dismissed from school, officials said, at 10 a.m.

Police said they used six bomb sniffing K-9s during the morning investigation and cleared each room in the building. Officials later said that no threat was found.

The school was closed on Wednesday amid the investigation. The school will be reopened on a regular schedule on Thursday, Dec. 18, though there will be an increased police presence, officials said. Additional counselors will also be available at the high school throughout the day.

Students will be contacted later, officials said, with information on how they could retrieve any belongings that may have been left behind during the evacuation.

This is a breaking news story. It will be updated as new information becomes available.
