Hantavirus outbreak: Cruise ship passengers start disembarking in Spain, all to be checked for symptoms
Passengers from a quarantined cruise ship, the MV Hondius, began disembarking off Tenerife after a hantavirus outbreak linked to the Andes strain. Three deaths and five positive cases were reported, prompting an international evacuation and medical screening for over 140 individuals on board.
