Gov. Kehoe declares ‘State of Emergency’ ahead of severe weather
Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe signed an executive order Friday declaring a “State of Emergency” ahead of a highly-anticipated storm with strong winds, heavy rain, hail and possible tornadoes expected across the state.
