'Foster mother forcing me to change my faith': Hindu Indian woman adopted by Americans seeks help to return
“I am a Hindu but my foster mother is forcing me to change my faith,” teh 21-year-old woman from Odisha who was adopted by an American couple back in 2018 when she was 14 years old said. The woman identified as Puja alias Sejal said her visa expired in 2023 and now she has no legal protection in the US.
