Flash Flood Warning issued for parts of San Diego County
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for southwestern San Diego County due to heavy rain from thunderstorms, with a Flood Advisory also in place for other areas, and residents are urged to use extreme caution and avoid flooded roads.
