With eight days of programming that guarantees something for the whole family, the Miami Book Fair 2025 promises to take you deeper into your favorite stories right from Downtown Miami.

Here’s everything you’ve got to know.

What is the Miami Book Fair?

The Miami Book Fair is the longest-running literary festival in the United States. It’s a festival that features eight days of programming ranging from block parties to dinners and street fairs to panels.

Organizers say this year, the festival will feature over 550 authors from 35+ countries across six continents.

When and where is the Miami Book Fair?

The Miami Book Fair will be returning to Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Wolfson Campus from November 16-23, 2025.

The Opening Day Block Party, where you can enjoy live music, food and shop for books is on Sunday, Nov. 16.

The Street Fair, which is your chance to walk amongst hundreds of books and take home your favorites, is the weekend of Nov. 21-23.

How do I get tickets?

It depends on the event you want to go to.

The Street Fair is free on Friday and runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, admission is $12 at the gate for adults, $5 for teens and $7 for seniors. Kids 12 years old and under get in for free. There are discounts available for multi-day tickets here.

The Evenings With series is your chance to listen to “intimate author conversations… where the real talk happens.” These tickets typically include the cost of the book being featured. Purchase those here.

The Opening Day Block Party is free.

The Next Page Dinner is the book fair’s fine dining experience for sponsors and community leaders. Tickets start at $1,000.
