Councilmember proposes plan to slash special event parking fees in half
Councilmember Raul Campillo has proposed a 5-5-5 plan to reduce the special event parking fee to five dollars for five hours within a five-block radius of Petco Park, in order to make downtown San Diego more accessible and to help make up for the budget shortfall.
