Car smashes through front window of J. Crew store in Center City Philly
Police said a person was injured when a car drove through a front window of a J. Crew clothing store on Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia on Sunday morning.
According to police, the crash happened at about 5:45 a.m. on Sunday, when a vehicle crashed into the front window of a J. Crew clothing store along the 1500 block of Chestnut Avenue.
Officials said that one person was hurt in the crash that that individual was taken to a nearby hospital where they were listed in stable condition.
On Sunday morning, NBC10’s cameras captured images of the vehicle involved in the crash being towed away as snow fell on the mangled steel frame that was a display window of the shop.
Police did not immediately say what may have led to this incident, but an investigation is ongoing.
