Business cards, flyers offering UDel marijuana delivery from imposter dispensary

A warning for any adults looking to buy marijuana in Delaware. Officials say that there is an impersonator illegally pretending to represent a real business in Newark and offering delivery.

Delaware’s Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement announced that they have gotten several reports of business cards and flyers that were distributed around Newark and near the University of Delaware.

These advertisements are claiming to be from a real marijuana business called “Fresh Delaware” but were passed out by an impersonator, officials warned.

Law enforcement wants to remind everyone that none of the legitimate marijuana businesses in the state are allowed to offer delivery services.
