Air advisory in southern San Diego due to hydrogen sulfide
An air quality advisory has been issued for neighborhoods in Southern San Diego due to elevated levels of hydrogen sulfide in the air caused by transboundary wastewater and sewage flows near the Tijuana River Valley.
