2 men stabbed on Broad Street line near Girard Station, SEPTA official says
Two men were stabbed on a northbound Broad Street line train on Wednesday afternoon, causing the route to skip the Girard Station northbound for part of New Year’s Eve night, SEPTA spokesperson John Golden told NBC10.
The incident occurred at around 4 p.m., Golden said, but what caused the stabbings is not yet known. However, later on Wednesday night, a suspect was confirmed to be in custody
The two unidentified men are in stable condition and the B1, B2 and B3 Broad Street have since resumed normal operations.
